Weddings
As you've made your way here, I'll start by saying Congratulations!
Weddings are one of my most favourite parts of this job. I love everything about them.
The whole morning spent getting ready, seeing all the gorgeous dresses,
the special moments shared between a bride and her bridal party that I luckily get to witness, the list goes on.
I know the anticipation brides feel when it comes to booking the makeup
for their big day. It's the one day where you just want to feel absolutely beautiful
- of course!
I can promise that I am here to help make that happen.
Take a look below to find out some more information on what a wedding booking with me would entail.
Trials
After enquiring to book your wedding day with me, the next step of the process would be to come for your trial. Trials are not compulsory, but something I really do advise all of my brides to have. They are extremely important, to know exactly how you want to look and feel on the big day. Not only this, but it is important to know how the makeup wears before the day, if any adjustments may need to be made, and it's also a lovely way for me to get to meet you and for us to familiarise ourselves with one another before the wedding.
On your trial we can discuss everything you're envisioning for your bridal/bridesmaid makeup and bring your ideas to life. These usually take around an hour, & once finished I ensure to take photos and notes of everything used so that when the special day arrives, we nail the agreed look exactly as it was on trial day.
On the day
Your special day is my priority and therefore I ensure to block my whole working day out just for your wedding. This is so I am yours for as long as you need me to be.
I always make sure to have a schedule planned out on the day with times I will need each person to be in my chair and with a rough duration so that we run on time and smoothly. With your permission, I love to create a special wedding tiktok for each of my brides if the time is there, so that you have something sentimental to look back on
from the morning.
As some of my brides have a bigger bridal party, it means starting very early and some of the makeup is done hours before the ceremony. This is not anything to worry about, as I always factor in time at the end to do top ups for anyone who had their makeup done earlier on in the morning, to make sure it is nice and fresh again.
